Our Services

Kinfolk Pilates is a private, appointment-based Pilates and wellness studio offering a considered approach to movement through personalized instruction and small-format group experiences. Our services are designed to meet clients where they are whether introducing the Pilates method for the first time or deepening an established, disciplined practice.

Private Sessions

Private Sessions at Kinfolk Pilates offer one-on-one instruction tailored to your body, goals, and movement history. These sessions are ideal for clients new to Pilates as well as experienced practitioners seeking to refine and deepen their personal practice.

Working across the full Pilates system, including the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and mat, Private Sessions allow for a comprehensive, thoughtful approach to strength, mobility, and alignment. Each session is guided with care and precision, whether the focus is foundational education, rehabilitation, performance support, or continued progression through the method.

Private Sessions are open to all clients and serve as the foundation of the Kinfolk Pilates experience.

Duration: 55 minutes
Format: Private or duet sessions available

Small Group Apparatus Classes

Our Small Group Apparatus Classes offer the depth and attention of private training within a refined group setting. Classes are intentionally capped at five clients to preserve intimacy, precision, and the same level of care found in our one-on-one sessions.

Programming is structured across three signature class experiences:

Power

A dynamic Reformer and Jump Board class emphasizing stamina, coordination, and controlled intensity.

Form

A targeted, precision-focused class designed to refine strength through upper- or lower-body emphasis.

Method

A full-body, mixed-equipment class inspired by the classical Pilates method, integrating the Reformer, Tower, and Stability Chair into a cohesive, continuous practice.

Please Note: To maintain safety, quality, and consistency, Small Group Apparatus Classes are not open level. Clients are required to complete a minimum of three Private Sessions prior to joining group apparatus classes, ensuring familiarity with the equipment, terminology, and foundational movement principles.

Mat Classes

Our Mat Classes offer accessible, open-level movement experiences designed to complement both private and apparatus-based work. These classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience, and do not require prior private sessions.

Vinyasa Yoga

A thoughtfully curated flow connecting breath and movement.

Hot Mat Sculpt

A strength-forward, infrared-heated mat class designed to challenge endurance and focus.

Classical Mat Pilates

A grounded, technique-driven class rooted in traditional Pilates sequencing.

Mat classes provide an opportunity to explore movement in a communal setting while maintaining the intentional, elevated tone of the Kinfolk experience.
